To ensure success for each individual, Teen Challenge utilizes the Faith-Based proven recovery methods developed over 50 years. Teen Challenge aspires to enable each student to function in society as a restored and responsible individual.
Educational content provided to students is based on the Bible and written for the purpose of Christian Discipleship. Students work with staff to relate the educational content to their individual situation. However over 90% of the students are financially unable to afford tuition. Because we are a non-profit organization, we rely on donations from both corporate and private sectors in our communities to support our programs. These donations provide housing, food, clothing and toiletries for our students.
We never turn people away from our program due to their inability to pay tuition, however it does take a substantial amount of funds to keep our doors open. Besides the few students who enter our doors who have the means to sponsor themselves, all of our funding comes from private donations. We depend on people like you to help support our ministry.
