Executive Director Rev.Dan Lavorando graduated Bethany Bible College in 1991, with a ministerial degree. He has worked for Teen Challenge for over fifteen years and has been the Executive Director of San Francisco Teen Challenge since 1997. He is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God. Dan is married to his beautiful wife Johanna and lives in Richmond Ca.
 | Program Supervisor Ron Jett has been a part of S.F. Teen Challenge for eight years, and is a leader among all the staff and interns. In November of 2008 Ron and Janet Ancira were married and they now live in Moraga, Ca. Ron loves to teach and finds great joy in mentoring our students. |
 | Advisor Sergio Alvarado graduated Teen Challenge in 2009. Sergio loves God and helps the ministry full time with our students and is a prime example.

 | Administration/ Advisor Rudy Watkins is one of our graduates and has been giving his time back to GOD and the ministry that has helped him transform his life. Rudy now teaches and deals with our daily administrate work here in the center. |
 | Work Event Coordinator Jimmy Djunaidi has been with us since 2007. He has a passion for this ministry and loves to see lives changed by the power of GOD. He currently is working full time with his job and helps the ministry in many areas in his free time.
