Executive Director Rev.Dan Lavorando graduated Bethany Bible College in 1991, with a ministerial degree. He has worked for Teen Challenge for over fifteen years and has been the Executive Director of San Francisco Teen Challenge since 1997. He is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God. Dan is married to his beautiful wife Johanna and lives in Richmond Ca.
 | Program Supervisor Ron Jett has been a part of S.F. Teen Challenge for eight years, and is a leader among all the staff and interns. In November of 2008 Ron and Janet Ancira were married and they now live in Moraga, Ca. Ron loves to teach and finds great joy in mentoring our students. |
 | Work Coordinator / Web Developer Jimmy Djunaidi has been with us since 2007. He has a passion for this ministry and loves to see lives changed by the power of GOD. He currently works here expanding and developing work ethics for the men.

 | Advisor Sergio Alvarado graduated Teen Challenge in 2009. Today he is a student at San Francisco City College and is working towards getting his High School Equivalence Diploma. He volunteers with us part-time and is a great example to our students. |
 | Volunteer/Advisor In 2007 Zack Lisle started with us and has grown as the months went by. After completing the training phase with us he went on to work part-time at a local bank and volunteers his off hours here at our center.

 | Volunteer Joshua Plotkin is going on his second year with us, he is a graduate of T.C.I.M.I. in Lebanon Oregon. He's originally from Southern California. Joshua goes to school now and helps the center by leading our weekly car-wash and is an asset to our Center. |
