Our Intake Process can now be started at your convenience by clicking on the links below. These two forms, the SFTC Entrance Agreement and the SFTC Application For Enrollment are in Adobe PDF format, so you will need the reader which you can download here:

After clicking the links, print out the forms and fill them out by hand. Then mail the completed forms together to mailing address: Intake Coordinator, P.O. Box 40100, San Francisco, CA, 94140. You will be contacted once the forms have been received and reviewed by our Intake Coordinator. Please don't fill these out for someone else unless they are unable physically to do so. Applicants must fill the forms out and sign them themselves.

We never turn people away from our program due to their inability to pay tuition, however it does take a substantial amount of funds to keep our doors open. Besides the few students who enter our doors who have the means to sponsor themselves, all of our funding comes from private donations. We depend on people like you to help support our ministry.
